Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all qualifying orders. Remote areas and oversized parcels may require a surcharge or use alternative services (we will contact you before dispatch if this applies).

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer.
Shipping Disclaimers
- Delays caused by customs inspections, weather, strikes, carrier backlogs, incorrect/insufficient addresses, or force majeure are outside our control.
- We may split shipments to expedite delivery; you will not be charged extra for split shipments.
- If expedited/paid shipping options are chosen at checkout, those fees (if any) are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
- International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes charged by the destination country; these are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept returns for any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery (unconditional refund). To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- With original tags/labels attached and in original packaging where applicable.
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear/alteration.
Non-Returnable Items (Reasons)
- Swimwear with hygiene liners/seals removed or packaging opened (for hygiene and safety).
- Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked as “non-returnable”.
- Customized/altered products.
- Items returned beyond the 14-day window without prior approval.
- Items not in resellable condition (e.g., worn, washed, damaged through use).
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
The buyer pays for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us before sending it back—we will make it right and may provide a prepaid label where applicable.
How to Start a Return (Refund Process)
- Submit a request: Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your Order Number, item(s), and reason.
- Wait for authorization: We will reply with return authorization (RMA) and instructions, including the ROOM 1002, 10/F, EASEY COMMERCIAL BUILDING, 253-261 HENNESSY ROAD, WAN CHAI, HONG KONG.
- Pack & ship: Send the item(s) back within 7 days of approval using a trackable service and keep the receipt.
- Inspection: Once received, we inspect items within 2–5 business days.
- Refund: If approved, we issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- We aim to issue refunds within at least 14 days after we receive and verify your return.
- Card issuers and banks may need additional time to post funds to your account.
- For PayPal (including Advanced Credit & Debit Card transactions), refunds typically complete within at least 14 days; in some regions where local regulations apply, completion may take up to 30 days.
After the 14-Day Return Period
Requests submitted after 14 days are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your item is defective or misdescribed, contact us—your statutory rights (if any) remain unaffected.
Exchanges
To ensure availability and faster processing, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund per this policy.
Payment Methods & Currencies
We support multiple payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and select digital wallets (availability may vary by region).
Prices may be shown in multiple currencies for your convenience. Your payment may be processed in the billing currency offered at checkout; where conversion is required, exchange rates and any conversion fees are determined by your payment provider.
Refunds to the Original Method
All approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method used at checkout. If your card has expired or your account is closed, your issuer or PayPal will determine how the funds are handled.
Payment Processing (PayPal ACDC Compliance)
Card and wallet transactions are handled by PayPal, our secure payment gateway. Your payment details are entered on encrypted forms hosted or served by PayPal and processed according to the PayPal Privacy Statement. By paying with your card or PayPal account you acknowledge that your data will be processed by PayPal in accordance with that statement.
Additional Notes
- Please do not send returns without authorization; unidentifiable parcels may be refused.
- Original shipping is free; if you selected any paid delivery upgrade, those fees are not refundable once shipped.
- This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
