Welcome to Hong Kong Kehong Co., Limited. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile sites, and services related to our menswear categories—Co-Ords, Shirts, Shorts, Suits, Swimwear, and T-Shirts & Vests—including browsing, purchasing, creating an account, leaving reviews, and contacting support (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place orders.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

2) Product Information & Availability

• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, sizing, and availability. Minor variations in color or fit can occur due to device displays and manufacturing tolerances.
• We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or correct errors (including pricing) at any time.

3) Orders, Pricing, Taxes

• Orders are offers to purchase; acceptance occurs when we ship your order and send a shipping confirmation.
• Prices are shown in the currency selected on-site and exclude/ include taxes as specified at checkout. You are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by your local authorities.

4) Payment & Billing

We accept multiple payment methods as displayed at checkout (which may include cards and digital wallets).

We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and may vary based on destination and carrier capacity.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure accurate shipping details.

6) Returns & Refunds

Mandatory policy

• 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns: You may return eligible items within 14 days from the delivery date without providing a reason, provided items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging; hygiene liner intact for swimwear).
• Buyer Pays Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (unless otherwise required by applicable law).
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Refund Timing: Once your return is received and approved, please allow at least 14 days for the refund to appear on your statement. PayPal refunds require at least 14 days; in some regions, local laws and PayPal policies require up to 30 days.
• Condition Checks: We reserve the right to reasonably refuse returns that arrive damaged, heavily worn, altered, or missing tags/packaging.
• Return Process: Start a request via your account or by contacting us (see Contact Us) to receive return instructions and an RMA where applicable.

7) Exchanges

Where available, exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and faster turnarounds.

8) Promotions & Gift Cards

• Promotional codes are single-use unless stated and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

9) User Content (Reviews, Photos)

• By submitting reviews or photos, you grant Hong Kong Kehong Co., Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Services and marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

10) Intellectual Property
